MTV Video Music Awards Japan（エムティービー・ビデオ・ミュージック・アワード・ジャパン、略: MTV VMAJ）は、MTVジャパンが主催する日本のミュージックビデオの祭典。
概要
アメリカにて開催される「MTV Video Music Awards」と同様に、1年間を通じて各部門で最も活躍したアーティストに対して賞を与えるイベントである。アジア圏を網羅した「MTV Asia Awards」より独立した。
2010年は「MTV WORLD STAGE VMAJ」として開催し、司会者を設けずにナレーターとプレゼンターが紹介するスタイルで行われた。また、2011年には「MTV Video Music Aid Japan」を東日本大震災のチャリティーイベントとして、6月に開催。2020年・2021年は、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を受けて、無観客での開催となった。
